or have I??? because I don't know when they decide to track me, and they wont tell me when

nothing notifies me either, and they can do it across my phone and computer

its some sort of tech thing apparently but they're not the smartest

i honestly dont know how i could fix this. I hope i can by myself, because searching up anything on this issse gives me very unrelated results
